We are here to help
We know that you need to trust the people staying in your home and WeChalet allows you to communicate easily with all guests prior to confirm a booking. If something does come up, we are there to help along every step of the way.
Who can be a WeChalet host?
Anyone over 18 years old can become a WeChalet host and it’s always free to create a listing. Entire chalets, cottages, country homes, condos, treehouses, and vacation homes are just a few of the properties that hosts can share on WeChalet.
What protection do I have against property damage?
You can charge a security deposit on WeChalet. In the rare event of property damage, the WeChalet team will become the mediator to cease a part or the whole deposit. That said, anyone renting short-term should have a short-term rental insurance which also helps cover any damage done during a booking.
How much does it cost to list my place?
Signing up for WeChalet and listing your home is completely free. Once you receive a reservation, we charge a WeChalet service fee for hosts of 3% + applicable taxes, to help cover the cost of running our business.
Do you have an App?
Yes we do! Our free app is offered on iTunes and Google play and it allows you to manage your listings, communicate with Guests and accept bookings on the go from any tablet or mobile device. You can download it at the bottom of this page.
